Cook Inclusive Company is a registered 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization founded in October 2021. Our mission is to build community for intersecting disability, Deaf+, queer, and neurodivergent folks of the Roaring Fork Valley by providing employment and therapeutic recreation services.

At Cook Inclusive, we believe in fostering a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to live their best lives. We strive to break down barriers and promote understanding, acceptance, and belonging for all members of our community.

Through recreational activities tailored to underrepresented communities, we promote a sense of belonging, connection, and well-being. Our programs provide individuals with opportunities to engage in recreational activities that cater to their needs and interests.

We educate, advocate, and develop policies to better support historically excluded communities. By promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), we strive to create a more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We collaborate with fellow nonprofits to organize inclusive community events, including Glenwood Pride and Disability Pride Month celebrations. These events create spaces where everyone feels valued, welcomed, and celebrated.
